Three rounds of phone interviews (two internal recruiters and then a sales manager), and an in-person interview with three employees (including peer level). I especially appreciated the peer-level interview...it was very conversational and I got a true feel for what the job entailed.

Virtual interview with HR. Never heard back with a direction. Way too many companies have adopted the ghosting policy. Can we please bring back professionalism to the interview process. Very frustrating
