1st round interview is general mainly asking about your experience. Why you left ex-employer? what experience was gained? what do you know about Fleming? your knowledge on conferences. No probing questions as such. The 2nd round was more interesting. I had to prepare an assignment which was then presented to the MD. He never really asked to present it but asked me few specific questions which I had already mentioned in the assignment. Questions where more on choice of speakers or topics I wrote in my assignment.
