I recently interviewed for the role of Paralegal (Clinical Negligence) at Fletchers. My experience was very positive. The process was structured, professional, and efficient. After submitting my application, I was contacted within a week inviting me to attend an interview. The first interview was virtual and lasted around 45 minutes. It was conducted by the Head of Department with support from recruitment. The questions asked focused more on who I am as a person. I was very happy to receive no trick questions. Following the initial interview, I received a follow-up call from recruitment inviting me to attend an informal meeting with other members of the department. The atmosphere was great, it felt more of a chat between friends. A few days later I received the offer for the role. I could not be happier!

I was interviewed by Trevor and Alison. They were both very warm and friendly, putting me at ease immediately. The interview itself was very conversational and low pressure. Easily the most relaxed and enjoyable interview I have ever had.
