Recruiter screening and hiring manager interview. The hiring manager arrived late to the meeting, and from the get-go, she looked completely uninterested. She asked for the standard questions. When it was my time to ask questions, she gave me really dry answers, and then she cut the meeting short because she said she was late to another meeting. Definitely the most inhumane interview I have had.

Few rounds of technical discussion, project management questions, and overall personality and team management questions. Three rounds of one hour each. Could be individual interviewers or a panel in every round. Interviews are scheduled early after the initial phone screening. The offer arrives within 1-2 weeks of the interviews.
