Process involved coming onsite for several days and working with other potential hires on working on issues dealing with business decisions on the manufacturing of cars. Several different interviews were done and evaluations were done by panels on hire decision.

HR reached out and scheduled an interview
Quick phone screen then a few interviews with 3 to 4 engineers. All of the interviews were related to project planning and customer interaction

Very straight forward, met with department managers and received plant tour. Questions where based on experience and scenarios. Some technical questions some personality questions. Asked about certain scenarios working with other individuals

Interview process wasn't so difficult. You have to take a test to prequalify for the in person interview. Once at the in person interview, they flew me to MI to do the interview. There wasnt many technical questions. It was mostly situational questions.
