Entrevista
Initially had a short pre-screen call that was only 5-10 minutes. Next I was asked to take part in a formal interview. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. It was conducted via video and phone with three department employees asking questions.

Two rounds of interview both are technical, with manager followed by General Manager. First round done through virtual video call & second round its an Face to Face discussion. And an HR discussion for Salary negotiation.

About previous experience & How you fit in current position
It was good and thorough, not terribly technical and was relatively easy to get through. pretty average experience from application online to conducting the interview. Heard back within 2 weeks
Smooth and transparent. Did not over complicate the process, but was worth the experience and opportunity they provided. Was able to witness their process for this specific role and industry.
