Phone screen with recruiter, followed by two rounds of interviews (1 hour each). Interviewers made the conversations friendly and enjoyable, and each shared about their background beforehand. Interview questions consisted of a mix of behavioral and situational/case questions.

Applied through campus recruiting, followed by interview. Interview was standard behavioral fare, lasting 30 minutes, followed by a 30 minute role play that covered a potential situation that could arise while on the job. Received a rejection within the week.
