The interview process was over 4 stages which included: chat with head of talent, interview with a peer of this role, interview with the Line manager of this role and final interview with the chief product officer. The interview process enabled me to demonstrate my experience and background and what I would bring to this role. There was good discussions around how I would approach this role and specific challenges/scenarios the role would face. There was also time to speak through the overall organisation and the vision and any questions I had. Overall the process was enjoyable for an interview process and enabled me to get to know the company, the colleagues and their values and vision.
