There are 5 interviews: - hiring manager interview - live coding with Senior Engineers (60 minutes) - system design with Staff Engineer (60 minutes) - team fit interview with Engineering Manager (60 minutes) - company fit interview with Director of Engineering (60 minutes) The interview process is dense, intense and heavy in both volume and difficulty, but gives both parties opportunities to know each other well and build bi-directional confidence and trust. The whole process only took one week including the offer talk, which means there was an interview everyday. Feedbacks for each step was very quick (almost instant). In the first live coding interview, I was asked a basic question of building an industry-relevant algorithm. The 2nd interview tasked me with designing a system by drawing diagram. In the team and company fit interviews, I was asked variety of soft-skills questions. You should do a basic research on logistics industry before these steps. Even though the company is still technically a startup, the interview process is well established. Definitely recommend if you’re interested in these B2B industries.
