It was an incredibly beautiful process. I included about 4 stages and had the chance to meet and chat with amazing people. The mirror of the company is its employees, that was definitely the case. I want to work in this company one day in the future.

- Let's assume that you are using redis for cache, how do you prevent an asynchronous situation between the database and redis?
-How do you increase performance in a structure where microservices are used?
- Why do you hash and insert the API secret keys into the database?
- How do you handle the security part of a large-scale project and what actions do you take?
- Why are Elastic Search and Kibana used? What do you do with them? Do you know the Elastick search implementation?
-What tools did you use for monitoring? What can you see there? Why is monitoring important?
- how do you design an API gateway? What functions should it have and why?
-what are authentication and authorization? What is the difference?

Entrevista
There are 5 interviews:
- hiring manager interview
- live coding with Senior Engineers (60 minutes)
- system design with Staff Engineer (60 minutes)
- team fit interview with Engineering Manager (60 minutes)
- company fit interview with Director of Engineering (60 minutes)
The interview process is dense, intense and heavy in both volume and difficulty, but gives both parties opportunities to know each other well and build bi-directional confidence and trust.
The whole process only took one week including the offer talk, which means there was an interview everyday. Feedbacks for each step was very quick (almost instant).
The hiring manager in charge was very responsive and made sure the interview process goes well. Very thankful to Sandeep Mann.
In the first live coding interview, I was asked a basic question of building an industry-relevant algorithm. The 2nd interview tasked me with designing a system by drawing diagram.
In the team and company fit interviews, I was asked variety of soft-skills questions. You should do a basic research on logistics industry before these steps.
Even though the company is still technically a startup, the interview process is well established. Definitely recommend if you’re interested in these B2B industries.
