DISCRIMINATORY DO NOT INTERVIEW. I got an email from a Comcast recruiter at 3 am telling me the salary (low-ball offer) was non-negotiable, while their posted range went up to 216k. In the office 4 days a week, also non-negotiable. Would I like to interview starting that day at 9 am?
I replied in the afternoon and pointed out the stated range. She said she may go a few k up, blaming corporate for the inaccurate range, and with equity, it'd be in my range. Equity isn't guaranteed. I also asked for accommodation for neurodiversity for the in-person policy and told her I have documentation. She said she'd ask and came back saying no to both salary and that the "client demands" in office 4 days a week, no exceptions.
I'm pretty sure that's illegal if you ask for accommodation, will take the emails to a lawyer.
