Applied online. Process took 5+ weeks. Got call for phone interview after a month. General resume based questions and about safety in work place. Interview was by the hiring managers in the different mine sites.

Smooth and I loved it because it was so friendly and not bad at all
the recuriters and the interviers were very kind and the questions asaked were not that bad. Generally I think it was okay

Uploaded my resume via the company's career portal and received a phone interview with a panel. Interview was smooth. I was asked a set of behaviour based questions. The waiting process however a little long to confirm my internship.
