Sumbitted application and then received a request the next day to do a 15 minute one way interview. I refuse to par take in one interviews. They are awkward and demeaning. Show you care about prospective employees by having an actual human interact with them for 15 minutes. I hope other people join in on boycotting these silly HR requirements.

Second interview was a digital interview after screening. Never heard back and posting was “cancelled”. The digital interview is prerecorded questions that are asked and you record your answers for someone to review.
