Another post mentions this, but they Front will not extend an offer unless you sing the same song about how amazing Front is and say/act like everyone else. They are extremely worried about negative reviews online and unhappy employees that they turn away candidates who they think wouldn't fit in right away or basically, aren't perfect from the get-go.
Don't show even the slightest doubt because that's a sign you "wouldn't be successful" at Front i.e. "it's not a fit." Also, everyone onsite seemed unnatural when talking about the company and culture - it sounded like a broken record, like they were taught what to say and can't say anything otherwise. I had a weird feeling. Nothing is ever as perfect as 100% on Glassdoor, but they're trying very hard to hold on to it. Also, the office was very cramped, and everyone said they work 7-6pm.
Rejection came in an email from the schedule coordinator, not even the recruiter. Poor experience. I asked each interviewer if they had any concerns about me and they said no. I also received great feedback from my presentation. "It was a tough decision." More like, I wasted my time and would not recommend.
