Two Interviews MAX the Hiring Manager Had True Control of the Entire Process. Very Conversational. Expected to do research about the company and its mission statement. They emphasized to be OK with change and moving parts.

Classic interview (previous sales position, customer set, etc...) , no particular challenging questions nor specific sales methodology required to get the job. Specific focus on reason to change job fro previous employer.

The interview had three rounds. Group discussion, Face to face interview with the country HR head and Face to face interview with Sales Manager of South India. Tell me about yourself other than what is mentioned on the resume. Why should we select you. Past work experience. Sell me a pen. Why do you want to get into Sales What do you know about our company How would you deal with pressure situations (a situation was given) What do you like to do in your leisure time Tell me about your family and hometown (Basically the questions were quite general and more emphasis was laid on checking my communication and convincing skills)
