It was a video interview consisting of 13 questions. The first half of them were something like 'Why would you want to work for Fujitsu?', 'What part of a project do you like the most and why?', and the rest were situation-based - 'Tell me about a time when you worked successfully in a team?'

It is situation judgment + reasoning online assessment with personality assessment. It was sent to my email 2 hours after my application and the assessment result was sent 2 hours after I completed the assessment.

The assessment process was quick. Assessments were followed by a virtual interview. I successfully passed the interview and am still waiting for the assessment invitation but they say not all applicants get invited.......
