I spoke with a recruiter at a conference about my resume and career objectives. Afterwards, I was invited to have an on-site interview at a conference that was behavioral based and about six questions. I received an offer about a week later.

Behavioral and technicals detailing interest in the company, aerospace, and past work. Very tailored to your background digging into past work experience and technical skills. Overall study the company and its work to be very prepared.

Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.
