Phone call. Then a case study. Then an in-person round with 3 different people. They walk through a case study and discuss your background and motivation. After that, mostly personality and got questions to assess if you’d be a strong player on a team.

I got contacted by one of their regional recruiter after applying through the company website. the recruiter sounded very nice and asked me about GLG business model. she said that the office will contact me in one week. after 2 weeks I still had not been contacted and call her back, she promised that one of the manager will contact me,,,,, again, after waiting for more than 1 month I still had not been contacted. I called her again asking whether the position still open or not. finally she aggred to set up a video interview in 2 days and said will send the interview details via email,,, a week passed and I still got nothing in my inbox. the way they handdle the recruitment process is very unprofessional,
phone interview follwoed by in person interview in London. interviuwers changed until the day of. intevruiwer was hardball and did not accept a lot of the normal answers you would give.
Rest was okay. I appreciated the feedback that they gave

2 managers, all online. Very slow process when reaching the final stage, suppose managers are just really busy. All competency based questions and situational questions, past experiences and what value you would add to the team/company.
