Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 semanas.
Entrevista
I reached out to a handful of employees in the Austin office, one of whom passed along my resume to the appropriate office managers. A few days later I was contacted by e-mail to organize some short phone interviews, which went well. About a week later I was invited for on-site interviews where I met with a variety of employees and managers who gave me pretty standard interview questions (what are some strengths/weaknesses, where else have you applied, what makes you qualified for the role, etc.).

It was a 3 phase ibterview. A screen call then a case study and a culture fit. I did not get the Job because apparently i was not a fit for this particular role.

Give me a case when you had a conflict with a colleague.. how did you handle it.
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa GLG (Singapura).
Entrevista
It started off with an informal phone call ( with presumably a recruiter) to try and get to know me better. The next step was a Zoom Call with one of the hiring managers to discuss more in depth about the role and job scope. During this time, they also tried to understand the candidate at a deeper level to see if their experience is suited for the role. The third part was to do a Case Study followed by another discussion of the contents. The details of the case study was sent by the recruiter ( I think), and you were expected to present it to the hiring manager ( and their team) once you're done.
In my opinion, the instructions were not very clearly communicated. It was my first time doing a Case Study (which I had mentioned several times to both the recruiter and hiring manager) so naturally, I had plenty of questions. When I asked the recruiter to clarify, they merely shot me down by asking me to " not think so much and just try" ( might not be exactly verbatim, but you get my point).
The way I was being communicated to throughout the process, as well as from my research gave me the impression that the company had quite a liberal collaborative culture. However (ultimately we are still Singapore), and they did quite a lot of grilling with regards to the materials I had presented for the Case Study. Which in all fairness it is part of their job and I respect that but I do wish I were given more clarity with regards to their expectations when I was preparing for the interview.
