Very exhausting steps. HR, team head, senior VPs, several times. The offered position was not in line with my expertise per sé, but they are still very open to what I can bring. However, I do not think follow-up interviews with the department head necessarily fit the job they offer.

The recruiter contacted me in Linkedin, we had a 5 min chat and she invited me to meet the middle management. The interview went great and all these people really seemed to enjoy their job. Then I met their senior management, one of them showed up to the interview 20 minutes late and didn't seem to want to be there. I also completed a case study which would have been great, but the recruiter gave me wrong instructions.
The recruiter seemed to not like her job very much, our calls were all a few minutes long and she always wanted to hang up even if I still had questions. They also forgot to pick me up from the reception and didn't believe me when I said I was there 15 min early.
The thing that bothered me the most in this process was the lack of feedback. I invested hours and hours to this, I also took time off from my current work. Regardless of me asking many times, I didn't get any proper feedback in between the interviews and after the whole process. I even emailed a few of the managers to ask for the feedback directly but never heard back from them.
I love what the company does for their clients and truly believe in their mission. Considering this company is all about professional development, it is a shame that this doesn't seem to reflect in their hiring process.

Interview process went well and was wrapped up within a fortnight (2 x in house interviews) but then was kept on hold for 5 weeks with weekly conversations to check my status, as they were going through a 'hiring freeze'. Apparently this is quite common. Then received email rejection despite indications that is was the hiring freeze holding up an offer. Disappointed that they didn't have the decency to call then!
