Very straightforward. I know from the beginning what were the different interview steps: Phone call with recruiter, Visio conference with another assistant, then Head of HR and last the hiring manager.

This has been a stressful process but very thorough. There are multiple steps on the process which include virtual conversations with a recruiter, the hiring manager and then a panel of the extended team.
