I've always been interested in this company but just the job application process alone is the most insane thing I've EVER seen. Do they know how ridiculous it is? Resume, cover letter, an additional 9-10 questions that requires thinking, VIDEO SUBMISSION, WORK SAMPLES, and references. Can someone from the company please see this review and respond as to why it's such a lengthy process before you even get an interview? I'm really curious because from the application itself, it doesn't seem like a great place to work.
