Most of the time was spent talking about video games and movies, like they were trying to see if you’re "their kind of person" rather than whether you can actually do the job. They didn’t ask anything about studies, training, or technical abilities at all.
They also mentioned pretty casually that working long hours is normal and there's basically no fixed time to leave. They insisted on the fact that they "work a lot" but also "rest a lot".
One thing that stood out is that they specifically asked if I was comfortable with "dark humor", which felt like a weird thing to prioritize in a job interview.
The CEO gave off a very arrogant vibe. He kept saying how good they are and how they’re supposedly among the best in Catalonia, and suggested that their lack of success and the fact they haven’t “made it” yet is simply because they’re not well-known.
Overall, it felt more like they care about vibes and ego than work conditions.
