The interview process involved a phone interview of about 30 minutes with the Senior Scientist I worked with over the summer. It was mostly a relaxed conversation about chemistry and why I wanted the internship.

One interview with the manager, mostly behavioral and minimal technical questions. Be prepared with your schoolwork and what extracurricular you have related to the role. Not much stress and got the role.
