I applied through college/university and received an invitation for a phone call. This phone call was around 30 minutes generally discussing my background and experiences with finance as I was applying for a finance internship at Genentech. Mostly behavioral asking what interested me about healthcare and specifically pharmaceuticals within the healthcare industry.

Great Interview process very smooth. The entire process took a month or so. It was a pre recorded interview with straightforward behavioral questions and then a 45 min virtual interview with the hiring manager.

The process was smooth and more like a causal conversation. The hiring manager introduced the project they are currently working on and then the relevant skillset for the job. Then they started to ask about my research and a few specific project in my resume.
