2 hour long process where you rotate every half hour between supervisors, leads, and a panel of peers. Be prepared for a lot of situational interviews about how you interact with coworkers in certain situations or how you make decisions or deal with conflict or opposing ideas. HR interview was separate. Took 2 weeks to get a response/job offer. Background check took 4 business days and offer was given.

Panel interview with Management and another with peers. Took about 45 minutes each with lots of behavior questions. It can be intimidating with a lot of people in the room but try to give everyone time and connect with them.
