Series of group panel interview
Each panel were comprised of people that were from different departments that work closely to the position you were interviewing for.
Standard interview questions as well as behavioral questions that were relevant to the job position.

Pergunta 1
If you were working with an experienced coworker to complete a task and the coworker completes the task that’s not standard protocol, how would you handle the situation?
Informal, though they may do it differently each time. I had a 3-panel interview and was immediately notified within a couple of days that they wanted to move forward. As long as you are open to learning and can get along with the interviewers, you should be ok.

How would you handle conflict with another co-worker?

Entrevista
The interviews were able to be conducted virtually which was convenient. The questions were standard apart from the one wildcard question that was asked each time. That was a fun addition of their interviews which always kept me on my toes.

If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?

Entrevista
Interviewer was rude and stand-offish, almost mocking. Felt like working there would be a very stressful environment just due to management. Explained towards the end of the interview that it could take months before being offered a job due to their hiring process.
