The interview process was very long and inefficient. The hiring manager did not seem to know what was necessary to hire someone to join their group. I had several informal interviews and the formal interview took over 11h! An offer was verbally placed but I never received an email confirmation until I asked for feedback a month later. Then, the hiring manager told me the company went through budget cuts and I was on hold. A couple of weeks later, I received an automatic HR email informing that my application was cancelled. What a waste of time!
