Two interviews. One panel and one for individual. Interviews are 49 minutes long. Many questions about your working style and how you work in a team. Discuss what type of shift you can work on.

Asked about lab experience, working in a team setting, and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Asked about clean room experience but was not required. Made sure I was aware I was signing up for 12 hour shifts.

A lot of situational and behavioral questions. I had a 10 minute interview where i had to videotape my answers and then had a 30min interview with a panel of supervisors. It took a bit of time until they reached out to me

Entrevista
Will ask you your basic interview questions. Ex:where do you see yourself in 5 years, biggest accomplishment, what are you weaknesses and strengths etc… More of a conversation than interview. Great company to work for.
