First I had a phone interview that was mainly questions about my resume. They gave me a 15 question test on carbon fiber, blueprint knowledge, and precision measurement as soon as I arrived and before speaking to the Supervisors. 4 Supervisors then went over the test with me and asked a me a few general questions about the test.

The interview was very thorough. They asked about past work experienced as well as my degree plan. They wanted to know how can I tie it into the specific job I was apply for and how it would be relevant.
