4 Hour, 4 Part test followed by panel interview. Basic skills on drafting and engineering, part detail/layout, Isometric view creation. Software skills test, being able to solve the problem. Draft several parts using the correct orthographic representation.

Started with a phone interview with HR. Then got a second phone interview with the hiring manager. Then got an in person interview on site. Signed in at the front desk and HR brought me into a conference room where I waited. I was interviewed at the same time by the hiring manager and three other engineers.
