Spoke to an HR person who basically went over my resume to make sure everything was correct. Talked a lot about the culture of the company. Asked if I had any questions. Asked what my schedule was like to arrange a follow up interview on-site but never heard back from her.
I was flown in for an Onsite interview after 2 interviews, The company informed me that they would be paying for hotel and rental car but only payed for hotel after the interviews.
The interview started with a phone call from HR. The next step was a phone call with hiring manager that lasted about an hour. Lastly there was an on-site interview with multiple employees from the team. Very typical process

First I spoke with a recruiter about the position and basic benefits information and next steps. Then I had a Teams interview with one of the department managers. Then I was told to wait to hear back. There is like a 5 step process.
