30 minutes, personable, they had questions that were more personality based instead of questions about expertise. They had pretty high expectations about the format for which you answer questions where you had to utilize the STAR method.

The first round of the interview was a phone screen where you record your response to various questions. There were about 5 questions or so. You were allowed 2 attempts.
