Entrevista
Entire process took about 6 weeks from application to offer letter. Overall good experience and process. Received contact from recruiter out of their Virginia office about a 1 week after applied. He let me know that the hiring manager will be contacting me after our phone screen to schedule a call and manage the process from there. Heard from the hiring manager the following week, scheduled the phone screen. It went well, about 30mins. She had more phone screens that week and informed she would get back to everyone the following week which she did. I received an email from her asking for availability to meet with team members for the following week and came into the Burlington office. Met with VP, Hiring Manager, Sr. PM and Head of CXM team. Very good interview, enjoyed meeting with all and had good conversations.
The decision process took some time but I appreciated that they were discussing their thoughts and making their decision carefully. The recruiter kept me informed and two weeks after my in-person, I received an offer. Start date was 3weeks out and they perform background check and send additional documents for signature as part of new hire process.

Entrevista
It was pretty standard process. Initial phone screening followed by onsite interview where I met with 4 people including the VP.
Questions were about previous experience and behavioral questions.
One question described below is the tricky one. The goal is to ask what 'ppm' means. Basically the hiring manager wanted to see how comfortable is the candidate with asking questions.
