I went through two separate interviews. Both interviews followed the standard interview process of questions and answers. Both interviews went very well and at the end of both interviewers I was told the interviewers are recommending I proceed to the next step. Then I got GHOSTED! After following up multiple times and no replies I have to wonder if Genesys is a bait and switch company. Great at selling, but doesn’t value employees or their time. Just my experience, hopefully a one off.
