Got invited for a first convesation with recruiting team (more than twice). They are always very polite, always says that the next step will be a conversation with the hiring manager, then they dissapear and you have no feedbacks at all.

Thorough without being over lengthy in terms of number of interviews. Was good in that met a number of people across the organisation as part of the process. Questioning was appropriate and requirements to present etc were absolutely fair and reasonable for the role.

I was not actively looking but a recruiter reached out about how Genesys powers the worlds best customer experiences and it immediately caught my attention. Interview process moved very quickly and I accepted an offer. By all indications it appears to be a great place to work and the solution has a fantastic value prop. I am looking forward to joining the team soon!
