I had a wonderful experience from the initial screening with my recruiter down to the multiple interviews that followed it. I had 4 interviews in total where each one focused on a different aspect of the role. The people were super nice and welcoming and spoke earnestly about the areas of opportunity. I felt like I was having a conversation more then an interview which was the best experience and really allowed for me to explore the role and if I would be a good fit as well as allowed for us to discuss if I would be a good fit for Genesys as well.
