Entrevista
I had a positive experience when going through the interview process when moving between organizations recenty. HR was very open with hiring process. I felt they supported my best interests and gave me support required to transition.

Explaning how I would meet requirements (which I did not have) in new role by detailing real world examples from previous positions.
Brief introductory call with the recruiter.
- 1 round with the hiring manager
- 1 final round with the executive
Mostly a blend of behavioural and technical where I could provide a few examples. Definitely more of a conversations interview and was a good experience.

Entrevista
Overall the HR reached out and was very clear in what they were looking for and the first round was with a Senior PM who asked me some generic Product or Business related questions

Got a call from the recruiter. Called as scheduled, She was very flexible and was ready to reschedule after hearing about my conflict. It was a typical recruiter screening call.
