Applied online. Received email from recruiter 6 weeks after, with invitation to do an OA and two 30-min chats with recruiter and hiring manager respectively.
OA is JavaScript/Java only. It uses a sketchy Google Form-like platform and you'll paste your code in the text box. The OA has 1 question about graph theory, around medium Leetcode difficulty. Took me about 1.5 hours to finish. My solution passed all test cases.
The next day, early in the morning received an automated email saying they moved forward with other candidates.
Whole process seems very sketchy. They reached out to my personal email, which is not what I have on my job application. The OA submission is also weird as they ask you to paste code in a Google Form.

LC medium level graph theory problem. JavaScript or Java only.
I was contacted by the interviewer by email. She got my email from my Linkedin. We had one interview and then three months after they replied me saying that they have reviewed my application and it will no longer be considered. It was a really nice interview though very conducive environment. It was more like a friend chat and that made me very relaxed and confident.
Straightforward, not too difficult. Feedback was pretty quick. The recruiter got back to me within a week or so. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. To be or not to be?
First round is a general call with recruiter, just chat about your experience and about the role.
Second is a 1hr semi technical interview with hiring manager. Goes over your CV, experience, stuff related to the role.
Third is a Technical take home test.
Fourth and final is a review of technical take home test with Hiring manager and senior devs.
