Took over a month to get back to me after making the initial application - then taken through a number of processes discussing experience at length, despite me making clear salary expectations I was then told through the process this was fine - then at the last stage told that this was above the salary band for the role as they did not share this information when I asked. Not great experience and wasted a lot of time by recruiting.
