Red flags during T/A screening such as not providing salary range and was unsure about team structure and dynamics or what hybrid ratio the role would entail. Hiring manager wasn’t any better of an experience, describing challenges with managing up to executive team and at times feeling helpless. Appreciated her candour but not something you should discuss in an interview and honestly not sure if it was a ploy to discourage certain candidates from wanting to progress. I also did not appreciate being told I would move to the next round only to be told a week later that I wouldn’t be progressing for being “too detailed” in my interview responses.
