Had a 30 min phone call with a senior product manager followed by onsite invitation. Onsite interview had 3 sessions - each of them panel type - 1st with 3 senior product managers, 2nd with S/W development leads, 3rd with product managers. The experience was negative for a couple of reasons: I felt their product team members were not well prepared to interview. I never heard back from them regarding the decision. I wish they put more effort in the phone round before inviting me onsite. Their senior product guy simply went over my resume and said something like "the founder might have thought some role for you.."
