The process moved relatively quickly considering I interviewed with 8 different people from Glassdoor. Recruiting was very responsive and supportive the entire process. I did a phone screen with the Recruiter first, then a VC with a Sales Director followed by a VC with a Sales Manager. I then came in person to meet with two other Sales Managers. My final interview was a group interview followed by two 1:1 interviews, one with the SVP and the other with the Director I initially met with. I also had to put together a presentation about myself discussing my background, my management philosophy, and any challenges I felt I would face in my initial 90 days. Lots of Q&A and challenging to get me to unpack specific topics. Very impressed by the caliber of interviewing and also how friendly and candid everyone was.
