The interview process was pretty straight forward. The initial recruiter screen led to chatting with the Director of Product design. After that they brought me in to interview on site. That included an initial presentation and then individual interviews with the manager, cross functional leaders, and the team I'd be managing as well as lunch with them, followed by a final interview with the head of the division.
