Painfully long - 2 hours is ridiculous for an interview especially when the potential person is currently working and has notified you they have a time they need to be back by, which they ignored. You do a panel interview with senior management (3 of them). They were 20 minutes late in starting the interview. Be prepared for a ton of open-ended questions, you'll have to listen to the 7 core values and dress in business attire. Others who interviewed had to hear a long history of the company. Most of the time, they will want you to fill the 2nd and 3rd shift hours for this position.
