The process took 1 month. Did 3 series of interviews - HR, Hiring Manager and Site Director. I only had to visit the site once and that was during the last interview which was convenient for someone who's still employed The experience was positive overall. The HR personnel was very accomodating and she always updates/checks in on me on every step which is a plus. In addition, during the last step I received the news the next day and an offer was made right away. This was a nice change to other companies who had to do it for a few weeks to go through the whole approval process etc. I liked the fact that salary was not a problem. I don't know why some people have negative experiences but it was a great one (if not the most pleasant experience) for me overall!
