The overall interview steps were quite standards. - HR - Tech - Live coding The issue I had was that during the live coding exercise. I lot of engineer were present. Even engineers that had nothing to do with the process, domain or expertise. In total including me, we were 8 engineers. I don't know what could justify this except trying to stress the interviewee.
