Very causal and laid back the manager gave me a tour then had interview it was quick only took 10 minutes and then offered me a position I accepted. Met with staff that were working that day and filled out the paperwork
Sat down with GM and had a standard get to know you conversation in addition to interview questions. Took me on the sales floor and gave me scenarios to act out to get a grasp on my selling abilities.

Applied in person, got called back in within a week. Interview was very casual. He asked me questions in the office for about 10 mins - classic interview questions like "why do you want the job." After, I was offered the job on the spot and told to come in the next day to fill out the paperwork.
