Process began with a HR phone interview. Then an on-line personality assessment. Phone Interview with the hiring manager followed by an on-site interview in Akron OH. This was a combination of one-on-one sessions, a group session, lunch, a formal presentation of a significant accomplishment, and a closing wrap-up. Culture was collaborative and friendly. Overall a great experience.
