Phone screen - Leetcode hard and some followup questions. The followup questions were not specifically technical, but also about how I would think to approach similar problems I encounter.
The next round would've been an on-site with technical and behavioral rounds.

I didn't get the chance of interview, and did not get the reason why no chance of interview, and no other follow up, no continue work, no improvement suggestions, no idea how to get the chance
